I have constructed this site to convey some passion for what I consider to be some of the most interesting phenomena and activities in our world. It is certain to be a continual "work in progress".  My hope that it might be of some use or interest to both my current university students and students of life more generally.  I welcome all those who read this.  

On a technical note, I deeply regret that the current site hosting can only handle Japanese and Chinese characters in the blog posts and not on the main pages.
